The top layer of this soft & thick cotton jersey is organic and was grown and made in the US. The backside is made of organic cotton solid flannel (colors may vary based on what is available) and the core is made of an unbleached bamboo / organic cotton blend. The 9” and 10” sizes are for mid-flow days, and the 12” pad is great for overnight or very heavy days. The overnight pad is wide at the bottom (4-5” across) to catch fluids for back and side sleepers. It also has 3 layers of fleece inside. Any of these, but especially the 12” pad, can be supportive for people recovering from birth, pregnancy, miscarriage, &/or abortion.

You can choose between black or cream (unbleached) top side colors and desired sizes.

Reusable pads and menstrual products can save you hundreds of dollars (that would otherwise go to male-owned corporations) AND spare landfills heaps of rayon/cotton...all because we are taking a little more time and care with how we relate to our bodies. It's worth it, and it really feels SO SO much better to have soft cloth on your skin/vag than to have that crunchy weird-ass material disposable pads are made of.

Caring for cloth pads is really easy. You can hand-wash with soap OR throw it in the washing machine. Air-drying is best for preserving the pad's lifespan but either way, this should last you many cycles and years of bleeding. Every few months, wash with baking soda to release any oils or residues.

**Although the fabric has been pre-washed, expect your pad to shrink a bit in the first few washes.
